Products › Single Twin Quad Cyclones for Foundries


TECHFLOW offers high efficiency 'CYCLONES' based on vortex technology. In a TECHFLOW cyclone, air is forced /drawn into the Cyclone tangentially and rotates at high velocity around the inner circumference, and goes down to the bottom cone in a vortex path. The developed centrifugal action seperates the dust particles in the air stream.

The heavier dust is separated from the air by centrifugal action and is deposited in the barrel or hopper. And clean gas goes out from outlet tube. Designing a Cyclone is a state-of-the-art technique.

»Certain application parameters are to be considered while designing the cyclone like inlet dust load, velocity of air, characteristics of dust, avg. particle size distribution.

»Some Important issues like outlet tube inside the cyclone, cylindrical portion, conical portion etc. plays an important part in deciding the performance of the cyclone.
