Furnace Fume extraction and filtration / Dust Collection systems are installed to capture the fumes & unburnt particles of material which is generated during melting and other various processes. The system consists of suction hoods, swivel hood for standby furnace, hood required during pouring and other types of hood required at different processes with ductings & butterfly dampers. Centrifugal ID fan is also provided as a part of the Fume Extraction system (FES).

Our furnace fume extraction systems are capable of Achieving any environmental norms & emission limits of Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB / MPCB / CPCB) / Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). We have also installed systems out of India Where Environmental Norms are too Stringent.

Techflow has Installed over 150 Fume Extraction Plants in India & out side India on the furnaces of Inductotherm, Electrotherm & others. Techflow has wide experience in designing, supplying, & erecting with successful commissioning of fume extraction and dust collection system.
